The Digital Revolution

The film and chemical processes that have been the mainstay of photography for more than the last 100 years have given way to digital image capture and post processing, not in a darkroom, but sitting at a computer. With modern image editing software such as Adobe's Photoshop it is now relatively easy to perform image refining and special effects that were previously only available from high priced custom labs.

Some of the services I offer are;

• Scanning of negatives or prints and converting them to digital files
• Enlarging (or reducing) existing photos
• Digital manipulation such as removing distracting background objects or placing a subject into an entirely new scene
• Digital image refining with Photoshop CS4
• Fine Art Printing with Epson photo printers (up to 17"x22")
